Once the transaction is authorized by the issuing bank, the payment is debited from the customer’s account on the next business day following confirmation.
The CMI provides a fully secure online payment service.
The customer guarantees that sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction using the chosen payment method.
All rules and agreements established between the customer and their bank, and between Ard Al Khaleej and its banking partners, apply to the payment process.

The personal data requested from the customer during the order and payment process is necessary to process the transaction and is treated confidentially.
